Refund policy

Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to providing high-quality Bamboo Fiberboard, Acoustic Wood Grill Panels, and Aluminum Skirting. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Condition of Products:

    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
    • Damaged or altered products after delivery will not be eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  2. Timeframe:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the products.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Special-order products.
    • Products purchased during clearance sales.

Reasons for Returns

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
    • Proof of damage (e.g., photos) must be submitted to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Change of Mind:

    • Returns due to a change of mind are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer bears the return shipping cost.

  3. Incorrect Items:

    • If you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

  2. Payment Method:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return:

    • Contact our customer service team at hello@architext.ph to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  2. Prepare the Product:

    • Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
    • Include the proof of purchase and RA number inside the package.

  3. Shipping:

    • Ship the product to the return address provided by our customer service team. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchanges are allowed for products of the same type, subject to availability. Contact our customer service team for assistance.
