Shipping Coverage

We ship orders across the Philippines. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customized or special-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated for such items.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely.

  1. Standard Delivery:

    • Delivery time: 3-7 business days after processing.
    • Available for most locations in the Metro Manila.

  2. Express Delivery:

    • Delivery time: 1-3 business days after processing.
    • Subject to additional charges and availability in your area.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the provided tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Policy

  1. Delivery Attempts:

    • Our couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails after the second attempt, the order will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

  2. Receiving Orders:

    • Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. If the recipient is not available, the courier may contact you to reschedule.

  3. Inspection Upon Delivery:

    • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If there are any damages or issues, notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours at hello@architext.ph

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays may affect delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions based on size, weight, or destination. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative solutions.
